1. The Cleaning Machine

With the help of our unique Hydrogen Machine, our Technical Staff in the Carbon Cleaning centre can remove almost all soot. In only 30 minutes your engine will be running like new again.

This cleaning machine achieves astonishing Performance. This advanced Technology, developed over many years, pumps mainly Hydrogen through the Inlet Valve, thus burning up to 75% of the Total Carbon Deposit.

2. How Does It Work Exactly?

The so-called “Carbon Cleaning” machine is easy to Use, Fast, Efficient and Works Independently. The system automatically monitors the Pumped-in Hydrogen Flow. The heating effect of Hydrogen raises the combustion temperature to such an extent that Pyrolysis, i.e. a Chemical reaction, takes place in which the soot is burnt, so to speak.

Using the Machine: We connect the hose (blue) of the “Carbon Cleaning” machine behind the Air filter into the Intake, then we connect two cables to the poles of the car battery (red). With a short time alarm clock we can set the cleaning time, depending on coking and size of the engine. While our machine is working, your car runs in idle speed. A few times the speed is increased to move the disc and EGR valve, so that the Hydrogen Flow can go anywhere. During this process the first layer of soot is already removed.

3. Hydrogen

Hydrogen (H) can be found everywhere, mostly in combination with other atoms, e.g. in water, oils and natural gas. It is also used industrially as an energy carrier, e.g. in the chemical industry or refineries. In terms of environmental protection, Hydrogen also has potential: it can play an important role as an Energy Supplier. Hydrogen has a very high energy density, i.e. it contains a lot of energy in a small space.

4. Advantages Of Hydrogen In The Combustion Process

The characteristics of Hydrogen are: Very Reactive and Extremely Fast Combustion (5 times faster than fuel). It is also a very Flammable Substance. Because of these characteristics, even a small amount of Hydrogen in an Air-Fuel mixture speeds up combustion, making it more stable as the combustion time of the cycle is Reduced.

Many quantitative studies and experiments have been carried out on the admixture of Hydrogen in combustion engines (both Petrol and Diesel). The conclusions are summarised below:

– Shortens the duration of the combustion process
– Increases the thermal efficiency
– Burns, removes and dissolves carbon deposits

For a particularly good result after soot removal, we advise you to drive in low gear for 25 to 30 minutes (more than 3000 rpm) to remove the last traces of soot from engine and exhaust.
